Thuppakki is an upcoming Tamil action thriller film written and directed by A. R. Murugadoss, which will star Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal. The film, featuring background score and soundtrack composed by Harris Jayaraj and cinematography handled by Santhosh Sivan, is scheduled for a mid-2012 release.

Thuppaki film shooting places mostly in Thiruchendur and Mumbai.Film produced by Vijay's father S.A.Chandrasekaran.
